Target Haul

Hello Dears,

I finally got my taxes done! Just waiting on my refund and then I can buy myself some new furniture because we desperately need it. I say we because it includes my boyfriend as well. Our couch is literally falling apart and it's getting uncomfortable to sit on so yea...we need a new couch badly.

I wanted to share some things I found at target. They have really stepped it up with offering fashionable clothing at a decent price. And they are starting to expand their plus size department, so that's exciting. I think I will always be in the plus size range. I don't think I can see myself in the single digits but I'm working towards a healthier lifestyle. If I lose weight awesome! If I don't, then I made a change in my life for the better. Some of us gals are just not meant to be thin. We're all different and unique in our own way and we should not strive to be anyone else but ourselves. ^_^

With that said, I am compiling a list of places I shop most often for clothing and will make a post about places to shop for plus size clothing. I think the hardest part of gal is the coords. You may struggle with hair and make up at first but practice makes perfect with anything. But trying to create an outfit can be difficult at times. I think I'll also do a post about how I started to create my outfits and where to draw inspiration from. Enjoy and thanks for reading!

Stay Classy, Sexy and Sassy Gals!

I thought this dress was perfect for summer and could be used for a kuro gal look.

Tights and leggings were on clearance and I couldn't resist.

Some hair products I'm hoping will help tame my lion's mane. I'll do a review once I use these products for a period of time.

Some makeup products I wanted to try and a re-purchase of the elf brow gel and zit zapper. Those products work get and they're only $1. I'll review them soon.

Additional tights and some shape wear.

This vest was perfect for an outfit I was thinking of. I want to add some studs to it because it looks kind of plain for my style. I will repost this after I add some studs to it.

March Favorites

Hello Dears,

Today I bring to you my favorites for March. I have a mix of a few different things that I really liked for that month. I think I'll be doing a review on those products as well. Among my favorites I HIGHLY recommend the Real Techniques brushes by Samantha Chapman. They are amazing quality for the price. You don't need expensive makeup brushes to pull off a glam look.

I REALLY, REALLY LOVE the Sonia Kashuk hidden agenda concealer palette. I have tried sooo many concealers to help my dark circles and none of them have covered as well. I will definitely be doing a review on this product.

I want to thank you all for taking time to check out my blog and explore the life of a not so normal gal from the windy city ^_^

Stay Classy, Sexy, and Sassy Gals!!

I've been loving these brushes to apply my makeup. I do have other brushes from various brands but these are the ones that I keep coming back to use lately.

This buff is really good if you have oily skin. It might seem a bit harsh at first but your skin will be accustomed to it, just be very gentle with it. It's great for exfoliating once or twice a week but no more than that. It only cost $1 from Family Dollar.

This soap is handmade in Chicago. It's amazing. All ingredients are organic and they do wonders for your skin. Made with pure olive oil, shea & coco butter, and concentrated essential oils They have lots of different scents. Tea Tree is great for oily skin, and acne.

The BEST concealer I've ever tried! That lip balm is from Abbey Brown also. I used it all up finally. This stuff kept my lips super moisturized.

I've been growing my hair and this stuff has helped my hair shed less. Will definitely buy again.

Baby Shower!!

Hello Dears,
I hope everyone has been having a lovely week thus far. I feel like I'm being inspired again to dress gal and be more outgoing. But that's not the topic for today. Back in February, I went to my soon to be sister in law's baby shower. It was fun and the food was good. But most of all it was nice to see the celebration of new life. So the new parents are expecting a boy and they named him Isac. He was actually born yesterday evening and he's adorable. He looks just like his dad lol.

I took a few pictures of the event and some selfie's of my look for that day. I usually wear heavier make up but this time I toned it down A LOT lol. I didn't feel like being stared at and asked questions so I tried to dress more normal lol. The cake they had was AMAZING! It tasted even better than it looked. If I ever have kids I hope to have a cake just as awesome^_^ Congrats to the new parents!

Stay Classy, Sexy, and Sassy Gals!

I tried the best I could to get a full body shot but this mirror was not helping lol. I just went for a general gyaru kei look

My face for the day. This is VERY casual for me. I chose not to wear lashes because I didn't have any that looked natural enough.

Opening gifts!

They had waaayyy more presents than this but I didn't get a picture.

The dessert table with that awesome cake.

Mommy and her belly^_^

Close up of the awesome cake!

February Favorites

Hello Dears!

I know it's been awhile and I just haven't had the time or the inspiration to blog or dress gal for the past month. My new job has really been taking a toll on me. I have to wake up at 4:30 am! Then I have to leave my apartment by 5:30 to be able to get to work before my shift starts at 7:00... I get out at noon but this schedule is not worth losing sleep over, which is what has been happening. The worst part is I did not choose this schedule! I had to submit a form to get my schedule changed (back in early February) and I'm still waiting for the change to go through! For the amount that I get paid the mental anguish, stress, and lack of sleep is not worth it at all but I need money to survive sooooo... yea I'm stuck until they either change my schedule or I find a better job. Being an adult sucks!!

But anyway, I wanted to share my favorites for February (late I know XD). If you lovelies had any favorites for that month please share them with me.

Stay Classy, Sexy, and Sassy Gals!!

Been loving the lashes from Katy Perry. My new fav mascara is voluminous million^^ The lashes are not really gal but I love how they look on me.

My favorite contour and highlight at the moment. The E.L.F. bronzer is from their $1 section and it's intensely pigmented! The highlighter from Wet N' Wild is marketed as a bronzer but it's obviously waaayy too light to bronze anything so it makes a great highlighter for ALL skin tones.

I love using this as a setting powder for my makeup and it's only $3

The makeup remover wipes from my Forever21 haul. They are actually pretty good at getting most of the makeup off, but I still need an additional liquid makeup remover and wash my face of course to get everything off.
